You have stood at this door a while.

  • You have read the books. More than one shelf.
  • The advice you would give is the advice you are not taking.
  • You have started before, and you know the week it stopped.

You are not short of insight. You are short of the step.

If that is not you, close this door gently.

Knowing is in one room. Doing is in the other.

You can name what you avoid, calmly and correctly. You could explain your pattern to a friend and be right.

Knowing happens in one room and moving in the other, and the second has never taken an instruction from the first. These hours are spent at the door between them.

Two rooms behind one door.

Room I · the philosophy

Aham Brahmasmi

The Gita, the Upanishads and Vedanta, from the roots. Who is the one who suffers, and who watches it. Three years to build.

  • Bhagavad Gita
  • Upanishads
  • Vedanta
  • Karma
  • Ego
  • The witness
  • Maya
  • Dharma

Room II · the psychology

2.0

Trauma, the nervous system, healing: why knowing does not become doing. Three more years of work. Taught live first; every seat bought now gets it.

  • Trauma
  • Nervous system
  • Healing
  • Triggers
  • Attachment
  • People-pleasing
  • Shadow work
  • The second brain

Psychology gives you the map. Vedanta gives you the one who reads it.

For now, one door opens both rooms. Later each room gets its own door, and its own price.

Four ways out of the room.

When the old trigger comes, the body leaves one of four ways. Room II starts here.

  1. FightYou argue and control. You win the point, lose the evening. The story: “I am only being honest.”
  2. FlightYou stay busy and perfect things, so the real one never begins. The story: “I just have high standards.”
  3. FreezeYou go over it again and again, then go numb. The story: “I am still thinking it through.”
  4. FawnYou keep everyone comfortable and go quiet about what you want. The story: “I am easy-going.”

Each one kept you safe once. It is still on duty.

Room II, stretch by stretch.

2.0 is taught from my teaching notes, so this is the ground, not a lesson list. Each stretch is read twice: once by psychology, then by Vedanta.

  1. The bodyFight, flight, freeze and fawn. The window of tolerance. The second brain.Vedanta: the first two of the five sheaths
  2. The old woundTrauma and its origins. Conditional love. The roles a child takes on.Vedanta: samskara, the groove an impression leaves
  3. The bondAttachment. People-pleasing as a fawn. Boundaries. The Gita: raga and dvesha, the pull and the push
  4. The hiddenShame and guilt. Shadow work. Self-worth.Vedanta: ahankara, the maker of “I”
  5. The triggerEmotional flashbacks. Why the old reaction wins. Healing, and what it actually looks like. The Gita: the chain from dwelling on a thing to losing yourself in it
  6. The watcher“There is agitation in my nervous system,” instead of “I am agitated.”Vedanta: sakshi, the witness
Read one outline from the notes

The nervous system: your body is wiser than you are.

  1. Two modes. Sympathetic, the danger mode of fight and flight. Parasympathetic, the safety mode of rest and digest.
  2. A trigger is not always real. A memory, a tone of voice, even a smell can tell the body there is danger.
  3. The body keeps score. Trauma is held in the body, which is why talking about it is rarely enough.
  4. Freeze. Not angry, not running, just numb. That too is the nervous system.
  5. Co-regulation. Near a calm person, your system starts to settle by itself.
  6. The window of tolerance. Trauma shrinks the zone in which you can function.
  7. The observer bridge. “There is agitation in my nervous system.” That shift is where witnessing begins.

Translated from the Hinglish of the notes. It is taught in Hinglish.

Four steps to the threshold.

  1. Pattern

The first step. See the shape of what you keep doing, without the story you usually tell about it.

Name one pull and one push, inside one ordinary hour.

  2. Defence

What the shape is protecting. An old pattern is always paying for something. Find what.

Name the year it was needed.

  3. Witness

The part of you that stands back and sees the pattern go by, without going with it.

Catch one “I am” that is really “this is happening”.

  4. Dharma

What you actually do on a flat Tuesday, once the insight has faded.

The smallest action available, and nothing larger.

Every lesson ends on one of these small actions, before the next idea arrives.

One lesson, start to end.

  1. About twenty minutes.Short enough to finish on a tired evening, taught in Hinglish, the way it is spoken.
  2. One idea, read twice.First by psychology, then by Vedanta, so the map and the one who reads it arrive together.
  3. One small action. The lesson ends on something to do, before the next idea can crowd it out.

There are 50+ of these, with practice assignments, and the book comes with the seat.

What you carry out.

  • 2 courses, together for now
  • 16+ hours in all
  • 10+ hours of the philosophy, yours the day you join
  • 6+ hours of psychology: two live days on Zoom, 3+ hours each
  • 50+ lessons, about twenty minutes each, in Hinglish
  • 2.0 in full when it is released, at no extra cost
  • The book, and lifetime access

On the other side: one second between the trigger and what you do. Enough to choose in.

What it took to build the door.

  • 6years
  • 500+books, a floor
  • 1,000+students

Three years to build the first course and teach it live to five batches; the first fifty went through in about an hour. Then the website came down for three more years of psychology.

Gita · Upanishads · Shankaracharya · Ramana · Vivekananda · Kabir · the Buddha · Marcus Aurelius · Freud · Adler

Tushar Mehrotra is a poet from Banaras. We counted our own students: 81% of them finished, start to end.

Six years behind the door.

  1. Years one to three

The first course is built: old texts read until they could be taught to someone who has never opened them.

  2. Then, live

Five live batches and over a thousand students. The first batch filled within the hour.

  3. Then, quiet

The website came down for three more years of psychology, trauma and the nervous system. The old trigger still won. It gave way on a silent retreat: day eight of ten, two hours of crying.

  4. Now

The first course is ready. 2.0 is taught live first, and both come out together.

This side

  • Bhagavad Gita
  • Mandukya
  • Ashtavakra Gita
  • Pandava Gita
  • Shankaracharya
  • Gaudapada
  • Ramana
  • Vivekananda
  • Kabir
  • The Buddha

The far side

  • Marcus Aurelius
  • Plato
  • Schopenhauer
  • Freud
  • Adler
  • Alan Watts

A few names from the reading. More than 500 books across the six years; that is a floor, not a count.

What you are paying for.

Free, everywhereHere, in order
The Gita and the Upanishads, unordered.Six years of reading, put into one sequence.
Psychology that names your pattern.Vedanta's word for the one who watches it.
Advice that ends when the video does. One small action at the end of every lesson.

Why is a poet teaching this?

Poetry is sitting with a thing for years without flinching, then saying it in the fewest honest words. That is the muscle these courses train.

कई बार दुःख
इतनी सरलता से आता है
जैसे अपने घर लौट रहा हो!

From one of his poems. Literally: sometimes sorrow arrives so simply, as if it were returning home.

I trained as an engineer at NIT Raipur, joined Deloitte, and left inside a year. I did not make this from a peak; I made it from a collapse.

What is on the other side.

Not a promise that the pattern stops. Something smaller, and truer: a pause between the trigger and whatever you do next.

One second, no more. That second is where you choose.

Did people finish it?

81 of every 100 did, in our own internal run.

Each light is one in a hundred; lit is finished. The run followed every student from the first lesson to the last. About one in ten is what people quote for online courses. I did not measure that, so it gets no lights.

1,000+ students taught5 live batches

The live sessions, kept.

The live sessions run two days on Zoom, 3+ hours each day. Afterwards the recordings come to you cleanly cut into chapters, so you can go straight to the question you came with, and back to it on a bad Tuesday.

Do not come through if…

  • ×₹999 is the main reason you are here.
  • ×You want to feel motivated. There is no music behind this door.
  • ×You want a teacher to follow. Here there are no rituals to perform and no mantras to chant.
  • ×You are looking for treatment. This is not therapy.
  • ×You have not yet tried to change one thing and felt it slide back. Come when you have.

The price only rises.

  1. ₹999seats 1 to 50
  2. ₹1,499seats 51 to 100
  3. ₹1,999seats 101 to 200, a second live batch
  4. ₹2,499seat 201 onward, and it stays
Today
Both rooms behind one door. 2.0 comes to every seat in full when it is released.
Later
Each room sold on its own, and apart they cost more.

16+ hours at ₹999 is under ₹63 an hour; at ₹2,499, under ₹157.

The price follows the seats and never falls. You pay once, for both rooms. The first 100 are the live batch. Seats 101 to 200 are a second live batch, the same two days run again. Seat 201 gets the same a little later: the 10+ hours at once, the live days as recordings, 2.0 on release. Change your mind within 14 days: one message, no reason, the money returns.

Asked at the door.

Two courses, or one?

Both, together, for now: the philosophy of Aham Brahmasmi and the psychology of 2.0. Later each will be sold separately. No date and no later price is set.

What does the psychology actually cover?

The ground, from his teaching notes, not a lesson list. The body: fight, flight, freeze and fawn, the window of tolerance, the nervous system. The old wound: trauma, conditional love. The bond: attachment, people-pleasing, boundaries. The hidden: shame, the shadow, self-worth. The trigger: why the old reaction wins, and what healing looks like. The watcher: the part that sees all of it. Each is read by psychology, then by Vedanta: samskara, ahankara, sakshi.

I never finish courses.

Most people do not. We counted our own internal run, student by student, and 81% finished. The figure for online courses is usually put near one in ten; I did not measure that. The lessons are short by design, each ending on one small action.

Is this more theory?

Theory is the room you already live in. 6+ hours of the course are about why understanding does not get across, and each lesson finishes with one small action.

And when 2.0 comes out, do I pay again?

No. It is taught live first, on two days of 3+ hours each, then released as its own course. Every seat bought now gets it in full, at no extra cost, whichever seat it is. No release date is set.

The Gita is free. Why pay?

It is free, and unordered. You pay for the order: 500+ books, a floor and not a count, read so that you walk one sequence instead of a shelf.

Why recorded, and not live?

It was live first: five batches. Each recording lapsed after seven days, and people asked to keep it. So it became short lessons you keep for life. The live part stays: two days on Zoom, 3+ hours each, for seats 1 to 200 in two batches of 100, and recorded for every seat after.

Hindi or English? Where do I watch it?

Friendly Hinglish, the way he talks. A typical lesson runs about twenty minutes. You watch on TagMango, where it is sold and hosted, and the link reaches the waitlist first.

Is the waitlist a trick?

It is one WhatsApp message. It is free, holds no seat, and charges nothing. You are told the moment the doors open, and you decide then.

The door was never locked.

Bas ek kadam.

Just one step.

One message. The waitlist is free and holds no seat. You are told the moment the doors open.
